Target is part of the American everyday, however their multi-channel experiences have failed to engage guests. Our challenge was to envision their future and develop a road map that focused on organizing around meaningful customer experiences.
In order to create Target's Multi-Channel future vision, months of research and strategy were conducted to truly understand their business. Innumerable reports, assessments, read outs, working sessions, interviews and presentations were created. Each of these cleint-facing documents looked as smart as the thinking it communicated.
